It is a true testament of partnership to be able to operate in full transparency and know the other party has your best interests in mind.

Hageman helped us start Ignite from the ground up. Our experience has been excellent and they have added value every step of the way. They are great people who truly care about the project and the people they are partnering with. We are proud to call Hageman Group our partners.

Our relationship with the Hageman Group has been a true “partnership.” Through ups and downs, we are able to work with them to collectively identify and address problems, as well as enjoy the shared successes. It has been my pleasure to work with Hageman on managing commodity price risk since the 1980s. Over the past 40 years, I have referred several buyers and sellers of farmland to Hageman. They are great stewards of farmland and are a pleasure to do business with.

Since 2018, we executed three real estate development transactions with Hageman Group as the sole limited partner. All three resulted in profitable outcomes for each of us. All three required Hageman Group and Tegethoff Development to join hands and navigate through some complex situations that were out of our control. In that process, by observing their integrity, fairness, work ethic and problem solving, I became a better developer AND a better person. We are now working on our fourth deal!
