Hageman Real Estate developed Grant Street Station, which opened in the fall of 2013. Grant Street Station is a 288 bed fully furnished luxury student housing complex only a block from Purdue University. The property features the only on-campus apartment complex with a swimming pool and hot tubs, as well as a 24-hour fitness center and fully secured covered parking.

Notable Project | South Street Station

Hageman Real Estate was the sole developer of South Street Station, which opened in the fall of 2015. Only 2 blocks from campus, and in the heart of the Purdue nightlife, South Street Station offers queen-sized beds and luxury floor plan layouts. The 75 bed property also has fully secured covered parking available for residents.

Notable Project | Crossroads Westside (Kansas City)

Hageman Group partnered with Cityscape Residential to develop Crossroads Westside apartments Kansas City, Missouri.  Consisting of 222 units Crossroads Westside is located within the historic Westside neighborhood of Kansas City and adjacent to Crown Center and vibrant Southwest Boulevard.  Within walking distance to the galleries, restaurants and entertainment of the Crossroads Arts District and a short jog to beautiful Liberty Memorial and Penn Valley Parks, Crossroads Westside offers luxury urban living in the heart of Kansas City.
