Real Estate Investing
Hageman has been investing in commercial real estate for over a decade. What started as a joint venture partnership, turned into an entire business division for the Hageman family in a short period of time. Hageman built off the success of that first project—Grant Street Station at Purdue University—to expand into multiple markets, product types, and several joint venture partners. Today, Hageman has been an investor or developer of more than $500 million commercial real estate.

Hageman Capital provides liquidity to developers by purchasing developer backed TIF bonds, a unique solution that accelerates the positive transformation of communities.
T&H Investments
T&H Investments is a WBE certified low-income multifamily construction, development, and property management. The company specializes in projects using 4% and 9% low income housing tax credits. T&H partners with local governments and not-for-profits to help stimulate economic development and provide affordable housing. The executive leadership team has developed over $1 billion of affordable housing projects and has more than 30 years of community development experience.
